Personal Wellness Blueprint

This blueprint is for go-getters that are ready to jump right in and get all the information they will need up front. This flexible 1:1 coaching program serves those that want support and access to a nutritionist, but don’t necessarily want to commit to weekly sessions. With the option to schedule future single sessions (which I don’t offer to anyone else), you can get the support when you need it.

What is a Wellness Blueprint?

A Personal Wellness Blueprint is a customized document outlining:

  • your body constitution (dosha) and current imbalances
  • foods to include and remove from your diet based on your assessment
  • recommended supplements or herbs
  • recommended water intake 
  • recommended body movement and customized schedule
  • mindful eating exercises
  • thought work exercises
  • how to transform limiting beliefs
  • recommended meditation practices
  •  how to build a custom daily routine
