This blueprint is for go-getters that are ready to jump right in and get all the information they will need up front. This flexible 1:1 coaching program serves those that want support and access to a nutritionist, but don’t necessarily want to commit to weekly sessions. With the option to schedule future single sessions (which I don’t offer to anyone else), you can get the support when you need it.

What is a Wellness Blueprint?
A Personal Wellness Blueprint is a customized document outlining:
- your body constitution (dosha) and current imbalances
- foods to include and remove from your diet based on your assessment
- recommended supplements or herbs
- recommended water intake
- recommended body movement and customized schedule
- mindful eating exercises
- thought work exercises
- how to transform limiting beliefs
- recommended meditation practices
